You're probably frustrated and lost as to what to try next, sign up for, or do to feel better. You might feel hopeless and shameful that no matter what you try, you can't get back to "you" that you're so badly missing.
Yup, I've been there. I've heard this many times too. We all live in a fast paced "wellness" culture where self care seems so easy and luxurious, therapy is the magic wand fix to our problems & relationships, and we're reminded of how far behind or not good enough we are if we can't seem to "do it all" and be happy....

I am here to tell you that the world we live in isn't benefitting our mental health. No matter how many bubble baths we take or try out some retail therapy, our struggles still exist and often out of our control. Especially if we might be neurodiverse, recently went through a tragedy or death, or are just plain human... we all struggle and are deserving of support.
Also, therapy is not the magic wand fix, but it can be pretty empowering to gain insight into our deeper needs and pasts to figure out really what fulfills us.

Looking to reconnect with yourself and heal from past pain? Think you might have adult ADHD or Autism? Struggling with your partner but can't put your finger as to "why" your marriage is hard? Feel burnt out? Looking to heal your relationship with food or your body? Just became a new parent and feel way too overwhelmed? Or just want to try out therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental space? I am here to meet you where you are at.

Healing and empowerment begins here once you reclaim yourself in a realistic, honest way.
Hello!

I am a neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed marriage and family therapist practicing in Webster, NY. Feel free to check out more information about me to see if we are a good fit!
My Practice.
My practice is located in Webster, NY and also virtually to any resident of NY for therapeutic services. I offer a wide range of hours and days to book appointments. I practice from a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories; Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. I allow myself to let my humanness show, and want others feel connected in order to work through some pretty tough stuff that can come up in therapy.

Being neuro-affirming, my intention is to be open minded and flexible to make sure this process is seamless for each client. I aim to make every client feel comfortable upon arrival and am open to any feedback one might have to feel more grounded - like turning down the lights, having soft music on, fidget toys, and even an oversized bean bag chair for all to lounge in!
